Where our products are made
Lazy Day products are designed in Canada and produced with a small number of partner factories chosen for their craftsmanship, working conditions and consistency.
We visit, we audit, and we keep the list short on purpose. As the brand grows, we will name our partners on this page — transparency you can check, not claims you have to trust.
Materials
Full-grain leathers, heavyweight loopback and brushed tech fleece, engineered mesh and moisture-wicking performance knits. Every material is selected for how it wears in year three, not how it photographs in week one.
Hardware is metal where it matters — drawcord tips, buckles, zips — because plastic is where premium quietly dies.
Quality standards
Every style is wear-tested before release: months on feet and in washers, not days. Stitch density, seam strength and sole bonding are checked against our internal standard on every production run.
If a product doesn't survive our own use, it doesn't ship. The 1-year craftsmanship warranty exists because we expect never to need it.
Longevity & repairability
The most sustainable product is the one you don't replace. Timeless design and durable construction are our first environmental policy.
A repair program is on the roadmap: re-stitching and reinforcement for apparel, so your favourites stay your favourites.
Packaging
Recyclable boxes, paper tape and no plastic fill. Premium unboxing doesn't need laminate — it needs restraint.
Shipping, returns & warranty
Free express shipping on orders over $150. Orders ship within 1–2 business days with tracking. Canada and US delivery in 2–5 business days; international 5–10.
30-day returns, no questions asked. Unworn items in original packaging qualify for a full refund; exchanges ship free both ways.
Every Lazy Day product is covered by a 1-year craftsmanship warranty. If stitching, hardware or soles fail under normal wear, we repair or replace it.
